SHIPPING:
CBI Marine Supplies charges a flat rate shipping fee for most items. There may be an additional shipping fee if an item is oversized or weighs more than allowed by standard shipping methods. We try to mark this in the product details for these items.
DAMAGED ORDERS:
If you receive your order and it was damaged in transit, you must contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number.
LOST ORDERS:
If you have not received your order in 7-10 business days, please send an email to customerservice [at]cbimarinesupply.com with your order number. CBI Marine Supply will file a claim with the shipping provider for the lost package. These claims can take upwards of 30 days. If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.
WARRANTY/RETURN POLICY:
CBI Marine Supplies offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resalable. Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA [at] cbimarinesupply.com and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA department for details.

If we determine an item is out of stock during the processing of your order, we will make every attempt to still fulfill your order. If this does occur, we may have an item shipped straight from our supplier at no additional cost to you. If it is determined that your order will be delayed or if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you within one business day of your placed order. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices may change at any time. Shipping weights are actual weights and express shipments may weigh more or less due to dimensional weight calculations.
